Palabra Praxisgruppe is a German startup with a mission to transform speech therapy by reducing the bureaucratic and operational burden faced by speech therapists in their day-to-day work, thus enabling more time for actual therapy.

Our team’s engagement with Palabra involved everything from creative to technical deliverables. We worked with their team to create a holistic identity for the Palabra brand, developed a website for the client using WordPress, and incorporated the new brand’s identity into the website.

To accomplish Palabra’s vision of improving its online presence through an enhanced set of visuals, LLI crafted and delivered a comprehensive brand book focusing on web usage as well as stationary and other print materials. We also created an informative and practical website, which we designed and implemented using WordPress.

To build Palabra's user persona boards, we conducted a series of workshops with Palabra’s team. These workshops combined our findings with those of the client and allowed us to create both customer personas as well as detailed user personas and journeys for the client's use.

Palabra’s new website, which features its revamped brand identity created by LLI, is connected to analytic tools that make it possible to gather in-depth user behaviour data as well as to validate design assumptions. Changes can smoothly be implemented on an ongoing basis to optimise user experience and boost site conversion.
