Our culture
Our team members come from various backgrounds and origins. While developers form the majority of our workforce, we’re also home to product visionaries, UX/UI specialists, and project managers, supported by an all-star back office team.
This diversity allows us to leverage different perspectives, exchange ideas, and create optimal solutions.
We have a comfortable office in Warsaw, but no one is obligated to be there. You're free to work wherever suits you best, as long as you follow our standard data security measures.
We regularly conduct structured 360° feedback sessions, in which team members offer each other constructive feedback on strengths and areas of improvement.
We believe continuous improvement is the key to ultimate happiness and performance at work. That's why we seek to expand and share our knowledge across the company through training opportunities and internal Kaizen events.
