Technical Contribution of LLInformatics to the PARTESS-COM Project

That’s why we’re contributing our expertise to the EU-funded PARTESS-COM project, which focuses on protecting religious communities and places of worship across Europe. The PARTESS-COM project, funded by the European Union, is a powerful example of how cross-sector collaboration can lead to meaningful change. It brings together civil society, security experts, faith-based organisations, technologists, and academic partners, such as the University of Vienna, to promote shared understanding and foster genuine unity.

Our Technological Contribution

We were entrusted with building an entire digital solution for PARTESS-COM, a secure, accessible, and user-friendly web platform that enables anyone to report hate crime-related incidents. We’re responsible for everything, from initial concept and architecture through development and testing, to deployment and future maintenance.

Key features of the platform:

• Users can report incidents anonymously or via registered accounts. Submissions are reviewed by the PARTESS-COM team, prioritised, and escalated to authorities if needed.
  
  
• It will enable a single, standardized schema for data collection, classification, and incident qualification, ensuring that all information is gathered and measured consistently across all EU member states.
  
  
• All incidents are stored securely to support real-time monitoring and academic research.
  
  
• A dedicated space for NGOs and authorities to share experiences, discuss solutions, and publish useful content for others in the field.
  

Engineering with Integrity

We approach every project with the same mindset: full focus, full responsibility, and zero shortcuts. Which translates into clean and maintainable code, transparent documentation, and consistent development practices.

We use:

• Ruby on Rails for backend stability and security;
• Vue.js to create fast and responsive frontend interfaces;
• AWS to ensure scalability and performance;
• Robot Framework and Python for automated, high-quality testing.
